This is the time of the year that people in Minnesota can’t wait for: SPRING! It’s that special time when we get to see the sun after the long winter (though we were blessed this year with a very mild one), to see flowers bloom and our calendars fill up with summer fun activities! We look forward to tons of outside walks, playing in the water, picnics at the park, great grilled food, and even an afternoon cocktail in the deck! This is also the busiest time for us at Jane Schmidt Homes! People get ready to sell their house and new buyers are on the market waiting for that perfect place to live and call home. Its all so much fun! But most importantly, spring should remind us how God died to save us and how he rose again to be eternal. That is plain and simple, but for the little ones there is one more thing: the Bunny that brings Easter baskets full of treats! And even when it shouldn’t be the focus of the season, it is a well-known tradition that keeps a little of that magic and innocence in our kids. Lets have them enjoy it without forgetting what the meaning of Easter is!

And just for a little extra fun I found these 2 short videos about the Easter tradition and if you are at all curious like me you will like them. You can check them out at:
